How do I change my name or phone number on bf88?

For security reasons, personal information on bf88 cannot be updated directly — changes must be made through customer support. To change your phone number: Send your old number, new number, and NID details for account verification via live chat or email. The support team will verify and update your number within 24 hours. To change your name: Name changes are not usually permitted without a legal reason, though for spelling corrections, providing a copy of your NID allows the support team to assist you. To change your email: You can update your details directly from Account Settings — an OTP will be sent to your registered email, and once verified, the change will be complete.

Do I need to verify my identity on bf88 to withdraw large prize amounts?

Yes, withdrawals of ৳50,000 or more at bf88 require completed KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. This is in place to protect your account. Only two documents are needed: (1) National ID Card (NID) — Clear photos of both the front and back. (2) Selfie Verification — Take a selfie holding your NID so both your face and the document are clearly visible. A passport or driving licence is also accepted as an alternative. Once documents are submitted, verification is usually completed within 24–48 hours. After KYC is done, it won't be required for future withdrawals.

Bf88 Lottery — Everything You Need to Know, All in One Place

Interest in lottery has always been part of life in Bangladesh — buying tickets at street corners or local markets is nothing new. But the process has often lacked transparency: who won, how much the prize was, these things were rarely easy to find out. At bf88, the entire lottery process is fully transparent. Every draw can be watched live, results are published instantly, and winnings go directly to your wallet.

Mega Jackpot — The Dream Prize

Bf88's weekly Mega Jackpot maintains the largest prize pool in Bangladesh's online lottery scene. If no one wins, it rolls over — adding more to the pool the following week. After several consecutive rollovers, the pool can surpass crores. The biggest Mega Jackpot so far in 2026 was ৳3.8 crore, claimed by a winner from Sylhet.

The Mega Jackpot rules are straightforward. Pick 6 numbers from 1 to 45. Each ticket also comes with a bonus ball — match all 6 for the main jackpot, or match 5 plus the bonus ball for the second prize. If you'd rather not choose your own numbers, the "Lucky Pick" option lets the system pick randomly for you.

Daily Draw — A New Chance Every Day

If you don't want to wait weeks for the Mega Jackpot, the Daily Draw is perfect for you. For just ৳20 a ticket, a draw takes place every night at 8:00 PM. The 1st prize is ৳5 lakh, 2nd is ৳50,000, and 3rd is ৳10,000. You can buy up to 50 tickets per account in one go, giving you full control over your chances of winning.

One of the best things about the Daily Draw is that prizes are given out every single day. Unlike the Mega Jackpot, there's no rollover — someone wins every day. That means the more regularly you play, the better your overall chances of success.

Tip: You can lock in a set of numbers for the Daily Draw — once saved, the system will automatically buy tickets with the same numbers for the next 30 days. With this "Auto-Buy" feature active, you'll never miss a draw even if it slips your mind.

Scratch Cards — Instant Thrills

Bf88's Instant Scratch Cards offer a completely different kind of thrill. No waiting for a draw — just click and find out instantly whether you've won. Cards start at ৳10, with prizes going up to ৳10 lakh. Log in daily and you'll get 5 free scratch cards every day.

Bf88 offers scratch cards in three themes — cricket, Eid festival, and classic. New themes are added each season. During the IPL, cricket-themed cards come with a special bonus multiplier.

Keno — The Fastest Lottery

Keno Lottery is made for thrill-seekers who can't wait — with a draw every 5 minutes, that's 288 draws a day and nearly 300 chances to win. Pick 1 to 10 numbers: the more you match, the bigger your prize. Match all five and you'll take home the top prize for that round.

A popular strategy in Keno is to pick fewer numbers — your odds of matching improve, and while the prizes are smaller, they come more regularly. Choosing more numbers lowers your chances of matching, but the payout is much larger if you do. Which approach suits you best really comes down to your playing style.

Lottery Fairness & Transparency

Every lottery draw on bf88 is powered by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). Results for the Mega Jackpot and Daily Draw are available via live stream. Each ticket carries a unique number that is recorded on the blockchain before the draw takes place, making it impossible to alter the outcome afterwards. This commitment to transparency is what makes bf88's lottery section truly trustworthy.
